Mantova president Filippo Piccoli is determined to lead the club to Serie B salvation. 'Our goal is to grow, not sell', he says. His vision is to create an efficient organization and to develop the players. He has already started to put this strategy into practice, confirming coach Modesto and appointing a new sports director, Brutti. 'I want to learn and understand', says Piccoli, who works 20 hours a day between his business and the club. 'Mantova is a small town with growth margins and must have a family management', he explains. His administration has already shown to be effective, thanks to the salvation of two years ago and the comeback of last season. 'Mantova has always responded present and has recognized the work done', says Piccoli. But there is still much to do to achieve salvation. 'We must not sell, we must grow', concludes the president.
